Howdy! I’m Kristen, aka “The Veggie Girl” – a yoga loving, health junkie. I am a certified yoga therapist and fitness instructor, have a Masters of Science in Health Education, and am working on my PhD while teaching Health & Fitness courses at the university level.
I believe it is very important to have a healthy, active lifestyle. For me, the healthiest way of eating is through a plant-based, veggie diet. Studies have shown that the harmful toxins, hormones and preservatives added to animal products these days can cause heart disease, and even cancer. So folks, let’s put on those aprons and cook ourselves healthy!
