Crockpot Split Pea Soup
- 1 cup green split peas
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3½ cups vegetable broth
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Place all the ingredients in your crockpot and stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook until the peas are tender (high heat for 4 to 5 hours or low heat for 8 to 10 hours).
- Serve and enjoy!
