Creamy Raw Ranch Dressing
 
ingredients
  • ¾ cup raw cashews (soaked)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp dill
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • ¼ tsp salt
instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy!
